Thanks for the response MD, I appreciate it.
I got the dealer to give me the extra 3 mos. warranty coverage at the end of the lease (36-39 months) at no additional charge.
He's sticking to $385, I told him i wanted $375 at the most out of the deal.
Origianly he wanted $385 w/ 12k miles, but got him to go up to 15k for same price.
Dunno, seems like an OK deal but not a great deal.
Forgot to mention that they throw in free oil changes for the lease term,

I have been researching Murano's now for a few months. I have been offered a 39 month lease 15K miles for $499.00 a month with $1k down. The car has the following:

2009 Murano SL without Nav.
- has leather package
- has premium package
- has dual panel moonroof
- has tech package.

I do not have the exact numbers on me, but the MSRP was aprox. $37,900 and the sell price was $34,500. The residual was $19,888. Any thoughts?

OK, My FX35 Lease is up and I am looking at the following:
2009 Nissan Murano SL AWD. This vehicle has the carpeted floor mats, splash guards, tech package, premium package and the leather package. As per your request please find the lease price quote for this vehicle.

M.S.R.P. is $36,355.00 and invoice is $33,276.00 and we would be leasing you this vehicle at $33,176.00.

Option #1
39 months, 12 KPY with $0.00 down would run $$505.00 per month
39 months, 12 KPY with $500.00 down would run $490.00 per month
39 months, 12 KPY with $1,000.00 down would run $476.00 per month

Money factor is .001590 based on a 700+ beacon score(I am Approved through IFS)
Residual value is 54% which comes out to be $19,631.70
Total cap cost is $35,882.00

The above monthly lease figures in include tax(6.25%), title and fees.

Thats a very good residual mez4. The best I've gotten is 49% but thats on an LE. Are they different from model to model?

Yes, the residual on the LE has been a relatively steady 5% below the SL. With the MSRP delta on a fully loaded SL vs LE, it often works out better if a delaer needs to move an LE. It seems in the East that dealers don't have enough loaded SLs.

Good luck.

I have an opportunity to lease an 09 Murano SL with Nav, leather, dual moonroof, tech and premium packages with splash guards. But the kicker is that it was a demo vehicle and it has 5k miles on it. I am looking for a 39 month lease with $1k down. What do you all think the monthly figures should be?

Any thoughts?

I know its only the first day but does anyone know what May money factors and residuals are for an LE 39 month lease with 12K miles? April sales figures for the Murano were down 37% over prior year so hopefully Nissan will lower the MF.
