Replying to: kyzh (Mar 10, 2009 5:10 am) That seems just a little high by $15 per month but still a pretty good deal (can't say for sure without more details like MSRP and actual selling price). I would avoid giving that much up front cash. |

According to my calculator that works out to a 48% residual and a .00195 money factor, which is a little higher than I've seen elsewhere on this forum recently. If you could get them to a .00137 money factor, that would bring the monthly payment down to about $509. Or, maybe they are using the lower mf and the monthly payment includes your local taxes. Bottom line: $540 per month on a $39,455 LE with only first payment at signing is a good deal. Just double check their money factor to make sure you are getting the best rate. |

Hey onetrade, there is no way to say for sure what kind of deal you have without some more info. You will need actual MSRP, the final agreed upon selling price, the residual, the money factor and an accounting for all of the add-on fees. Once you have all of this info you can calculate the lease yourself to determine if you are getting a fair deal - and also confirm that the residual and money factor are reasonable. Overall, the deal is in the general ballpark of some others I have seen, but do your research - Leather and Power Liftgate are standard on the LE. The only factory options available on the LE are Moonroof, Navi and Rear Entertainment. Also, try to put down as little out of pocket cash as you can. |

The company you refer to has better deals listed for ml 350's--Audi Q7's and other premium vehicles from acura, infinity. I'd check those out as well. |

You need to find out the final sellng price and the money factor to see if it's a good deal. Quite honestly, this sounds high. I leased an LE with nav and moon roof for 39months, 12k miles per yr for $509/ month. Paid taxes and all fees up front. You need to go back to your friend and tell him that his deal is really not the best deal!

I got a quote in NYC for SL AWD 2009 with Nav, Tech, Premium, Leather and Dual Panel Moonroof pkgs for $470 (NYC taxes included) + $1300 out of pocket (includes first month payment, bank fee, DMV), 39 months, 12k......for 36 months it would be $493...Problem is that the warranty is only for 36 months...Invoice price is $35,970 Wonder if i should go for 36 months or pay extra $15 a month for extended warranty ($500)...Problem now is locating the car since production stopped in preparation of 2010 models in the summer....Good price, not?
