Here's the info that you're looking for, berkbeas. Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp.'s current buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 39 month lease of a 2009 Nissan Maxima SV with 15,000 miles per year are .00076 and 52%, respectively. The options that this car is equipped with do not have any impact upon its lease program. If you were to lease with only 12,000 miles per year, its residual value would be 1% higher.

Hey dae928. Please see my previous post for the 39 month numbers. This car's 36 month, 12k numbers are .00076 and 54%.

Carman, thanks so much for the info, in an earlier post you had the residual at 52 for $15K miles? I just wanted to confirm if it was 52 or 53%
