Nissan Maxima Lease

Nissan is currently offering a $269/month lease on a maxima with the equipment I want except for the leather interior. My question, will Nissan keep all the variables of the lease the same if I want to lease a maxima with leather. My calculations are that this would add about $1800 to the price and about $60-80/month.

The money factor and residual value shouldn't change, just the MSRP and the capitalized cost. BTW, what are the details of the lease, any $ down, did they tell you the money factor and the residual value?

Does the net cap cost reflect the $2,999 down payment? Does the entire $2,999 go towards reducing the cap cost or are inception fees mixed in? It seems like a pretty high down payment for a lease. Is that your choice to lower the payment? Remember, Nissan is offering $2,500 rebate on this car that should be applied towards reducing the cap cost.

These lease details are coming from Nissan Motors website. Of the 2999 down, 2740 is for an actual down payment. Could the 2500 rebate being offered by Nissan also be used on the lease. I wouldn't think they would give you the lease deal and the rebate also.

You never mentioned what either of these variables are, so for now I will assume that you are interested in a 36 month lease with 15,000 miles per year. Let me know if you want something different. Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp.'s current buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2008 Nissan Maxima SE with 15,000 miles per year are .00016 and 50%, respectively. Then negotiating your lease on this car, make sure to take advantage of the $775 cash incentive that Nissan is providing on leases of it through NMAC.

Now that it is getting close for the 09's to be hitting the dealership lots, is anyone aware of good deals on the 08, or what the 08's are going for now. Looking for an SE with the Platinum Edition package as well as the Sensory package?
