Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp.'s current buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2009 Armada LE 4WD with 15,000 miles per year are an atrocious .00325 and 36%, respectively.   This unsupported lease program can be combined with the $4,500 customer cash that is currently available on this truck, but if I was in the market for one I personally would not lease.
