Hi car man:   2009 Altima 2.5 4 cyl. with convenience and mats and splash guards msrp 23595.00. If I can negotiate selling price of 21000.00 (prior to the current 1500.00 rebates which will be used to reduce cap cost). Add in acquisition fee %595.00 and NJ tax 7% only on lease portion not full selling price, based on today's money factor and residual can you give me monthly payment? I will pay cash for doc fees and motor vehicle fees. Thanks. Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp.'s current buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2009 Altima 2.5 SL with 15,000 miles per year are .00174 and 60%, respectively.
