Hi tomme12. the best way to get a good deal on a lease is to negotiate the lowest selling price that you can and then have the dealer calculate your monthly payment using your car's buy rate lease money factor. Given the current state of the economy, I suspect that you will easily be able to purchase an '08 Altima at dealer invoice.

Hi habiem. I have seen Nissan's new July lease program and I would be happy to help you out. This car's lease program varies by term and mileage allowance. You never mentioned what either of these variables are, so for now I will assume that you are interested in a 36 month lease with 15,000 miles per year. Let me know if you want something different. NMAC's current buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2008 Altima 3.5 SL Sedan with 15,000 miles per year are .00087 and 58%, respectively.

I am looking at leasing an altima. I see they are offering 199 a month for 36 months. Since i am new to this i need some pointers. First is there any negotiating? second to get the 199 lease i would have to put down almost 3k....i would actually want to do a zero down lease on a 2.5s cvt how much would that bump my payment? I am in the wisconsin area. I am looking at a 12k mile lease....basically i want what deal is advertised but zero down. Our tax rate is 5.5%. Third i see the factor is .00087 how do you compute this?
