Hi Car Man I contacted local dealer in Lincoln and he gave me a totally different money factor and residual for a 2009 ML 350 48 m / 15 k lease than what you have mentioned in your posts. He gave me a 0.00050 / 36% whereas you have posted a figure of 0.00050/44% for a 48 mth lease at 15 k miles per year. Kindly let me know whats the right value and if your value is right, how do I prove to dealership that they are giving me an inflated value. Sales mgr also told me that he will write to edmunds that they are posting a wrong lease value but I told him that my reliability factor on car man is much more and I have tested in my previous two leases. Thanks, Rahul

Hi, this car is a demo model, with 3200 miles, in NJ: 2009 ML320 BlueTec Black/Black M-B Tex H04 Maple wood trim P02 package 324 Sunroof 550 Trailer Hitch 873 Heated Front seats MSRP (incl delivery): 57,475. Selling price: 47,900. The selling price seems high; I want to make a counter-offer: what would be a good, aggressive number? 44K? 42K? Also, I haven't told them yet, but once we settle on a price I will ask them to structure a lease. Are there any specials on the 2009 BTC models going on right now? Thanks! Naveen.

Replying to: nagnihot (Aug 07, 2009 5:18 pm) The question on this deal is how much of an additional discount should you be getting for going with a demo model that already has over three thousand miles on it. The problem that I personally have with demos is that dealers never seem to be willing to discount what to me is essentially a low mileage used vehicle enough for me to personally justify going with one over an equivalent brand new model. I personally would want at least an additional $2,000 discount to go with this truck over a non-demo and I highly doubt that the dealer would be willing to cut its price by that much. Your threshold for going with a demo may be different. Car_man Host Prices Paid: Buying & Leasing Experiences Forum |

I was quoted $2,000.00 MBenz, $1,775.00 Dealer and $4,000.00 Fleet Credit Union discounts. With .0050 MF on 36 at 10K per year at MBenz of San Francisco. I'm thinking I can get slightly better at San Jose or at Pleasanton, CA. |

Has anyone hear of this company? With no money down deals too good to be true? http://www.theleaseoutlet.com/Auto/Mercedes-Lease-Specials.aspx |

The dealership tells me that my deal is incredible. That my lease beats most leases by about $100/month or $4000 cap cost payment and that he was able to do this by using what he calls an ambassador program. Here is the specs: 2009 ML 350 36 months 15,000 miles P1 package Heated Front Seats Brushed Aluminum Running boards I dont know the interest rate which I see people post here 742.42 due at inception (includes DMV and 1rst month payment) $679.92 total monthly payment (35 times thereafter) Is this an incredible deal? God enough to take a car that is not my first choice in color both interior and exterior? Thanks in advance... Jordan |
