Hi, that is the exact car I'm gonna lease in SoCal. I'm also only doing 7.5k per year this time because I only averaged 6k miles a year on my last benz lease. Would you mind me asking what deal you ended up getting and all the details? I'd like to know before I go in the end of this month to make a deal. Any help would be appreciated! thanks !

MSDs not allowed under NY law because there is a limit to the amount of a security deposit.

That sounds like a great deal. I am being quoted $649/month for same package but for sports (not sure if that makes any difference) and similar out of packet. It was $61,xxx and the selling price was $53,xxx.
Could you please let me know where did you get this offer? Also, what is the selling price and what was the first $/month dealer quoted before negotiation? Thanks!

I'd like to thank everyone for all of their posts on this site--it has been a wealth of information!!! I was hoping to get your opinion on the lease I was quoted for on the E350 4matic sport--this is the Mercedes initial starting point and we haven't starting negotiating anything yet but I'm not sure how far to push them or if I should wait for the Winter Event. But here it is:
MSRP $62,900 (premium 1, keyless go, etc)
Selling price $56,590
$0 down but taxes ($1,399.05), Reg fee ($329.50), Bank Fee ($795), Doc Fee ($285) and Tire Tax ($7.50) upfront for a total of $3,436.52
Monthly payments of $620
Oh and I should mention that we are supposed to be getting a fleet stock discount
Should I try to get them down another $3,000-4,000 on selling price? Should I wait for the winter event? Thanks in advance!!

What is the MF/residual for a 36/36 lease? 36/30?
Are the numbers the same for the "S" model?
