Here's the information that you're looking for, hecara. Mercedes-Benz Financial's current buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2010 E350 Coupe with 12,000 miles per year are .00260 and 57%, respectively for consumers who qualify for its top credit tier.
When negotiating your deal, make sure to take advantage of the $1,500 dealer cash that is currently available on this model.
Savvy consumers who are in an area that has a decent level of competition are usually able to negotiate lower selling prices than TMV.

I think you can try getting the number lowered.....
We just leased a 2010 E350 P2, wheel pkg and pan.roof, msrp 57645, invoice was 54172 and got it for 48750, 39 month lease 15k miles per year zero down.
we had 2 choices, the numbers are
$1497 driveoff with bank fee added to monthly payment and monthly is 763.54 (including 9.75% CA tax)
$2558 driveoff with bank fee included and the monthly is 732.59 (including 9.75% CA tax)
and if you want pre-pay maintenance plan then is $16.9 per month.
we chose 2nd choice and add pre-pay maintenance to our monthly payment, so our monthly payment is $750 after tax

I am ready to pursue leasing the following...new 2010 Mercedes E550 with a $63,445 MSRP. Terms are 36 months/ 12,000 miles per year with nothing down and tag,tax & title included in lease. I have perfect credit.
Vehicle is at Jackie Cooper Mercedes in Tulsa, OK.
Considering any promotions currently available, what would be the lowest payment possible??

Was this a sedan or a coupe? Does MB round the MSDs up to the next $50? I'm looking at a 2010 E350 Coupe and the dealer seems to be unwilling to come down much at all.
