Certainly Krovopiytza. Mercedes-Benz Financial's November buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 30-month lease of a 2012 C300 Sedan 4Matic with 12,000 miles per year are .00087 and 66% for consumers who qualify for its top credit tier.
The numbers for an otherwise identical 36-month lease are .00087 and 61%. You might be able to use the 36-month numbers for a 39-month lease if this car is eligible for MB's "Value Added" program.
The residual values for a lease with only 10,000 miles per year would be 1% higher.

Hi sjd10304. The selling price and money factor that you were quoted for this car look excellent. This looks like a very fair dealer to me. If you like the car, I say go for it.

I’m looking to lease a 2013 Mercedes C300 with a $43,780 MRSP. In my state they calculate sales tax (7.25%) on the selling price of the car not each monthly payment. For 39 months, the dealer is using a 61% residual and a 0.00087 money factor. We’re talking 10,000 miles a year. There’s a $2,000 rebate and the dealer is taking $2,000 off the sticker. My out of pockets (including 1st monthly payment of $474) total $1,839. Is this a good deal? Or can I do better?

I have worked a even better deal! MSRP $44495 2013 in blk/blk or wht/blk with p1, multimedia, keyless go, sport pkg with 956 AMG 7 spoke 2 tone wheels. 12k a yr 24 months $750 down, $379 a month w/ tax. I am in Southern California and have gotten the deal in writing from 3 dealers.

Sounds like a great deal. Which dealerships? Wonder if they will ship the car to Texas.
