It all depends on how the incentive is worded. If it says rebate, it's taxed. There's nothing wrong with covering your taxes in a lease. Cap cost reductions, on the other hand, make no financial sense

Mazda's current buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 24 month lease of a 2009 Mazda6i Touring with an automatic transmission and 15,000 miles per year are .00083 and 53%, respectively. Hello Carman,   I need to know the MF and residual for 48 months lease for both 12k and 15k. I am looking to lease the car asap. And is there any cash rebate or any rebate of such kind.
