Hello billc112. The money factor that you were quoted for this truck looks about right, so let's take a look at the other important aspect of this deal...the selling price.
The 2010 Lexus RX 350 FWD that you are interested in probably has a spread of around $6,500 between its full MSRP and its dealer invoice price. That puts the $4,155 discount that you were quoted at more than $2,500 over dealer invoice. I personally would want a bigger discount if I was in the market for this truck, at least another $1,500 off.

Here you go, Nom. Lexus Financial Services' April buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 48 month lease of a 2010 Lexus RX 350 FWD without the entertainment system with 15,000 miles per year are .00210 and 49%, respectively for consumers who qualify for its top aka Tier 1+ credit tier.
The residual value for a lease with only 12,000 miles per year is 2% higher.

Car is a 450h not 350. Don't know if that was just a typo on your part. Thanks for your help.

#1834 of 2665 2010 Lexus RX 350 Lease Question

I have been quoted the following: 2010 RX 350 with NAV, Premium, Comfort, Parking Assist, 19" Alloys, Wood / Leather Steering Wheel, and Wheel locks with a sticker price of $47,350 for 36 months / 36,000 mi for $653/mo. I was told that I was getting the car for $750 over invoice of $42,678 with a Tier 1 money factor of 0.00275. There are $1,400 of fees included. I am not being charged anything out of pocket due to my turn in of a 2008 lease RX with about $1,000 in equity. Is this a good deal? My calculated lease payments are coming up about $50 under what the dealer is calculating. I live in Texas. Any help here? Thanks!

Can you provide a little more info? I am looking for a similar lease. What was the money down? Where was the dealership?

Sounds like a decent deal. Same here, I would like to know more info on your lease.
1. Dealer?
2. Any down or Cap reduction?
3. Lease payment? (599 total or 599 + tax)?
Thanks,
BC
