Its new buy rate lease money factor for the 2006 GS 30 2WD is .00067 for consumers who qualify for its Tier 1+ credit tier. Using this money factor, an MSRP of $50,490, and a selling price of $45,600, I estimate that this car's 36 month, 12,000 mile per year, zero down, pre-tax monthly payment would be around $613. With only 10,000 miles per year, this payment would drop to around $600. Do you have the residual values and money factor for a GS 300? I'd like to know residual values for both 12k/yr and 15k/yr. at 36 months and 39 months. Also, when does Lexus' Golden Opportunity expire? I'm trying to decide whether to lease now or several weeks from now.     Thanks for your help. For now I will assume that you are interested in a 36 month lease with 15,000 miles per year. Let me know if you want something different. Through September 4th, Lexus financial Services' buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2006 Lexus GS 300 2WD are .00067 and 48%, respectively.   Car_man Host Prices Paid Forum

This car's 39 month money factor is the same, but its 15,000 mile per year residual value is 45%. Because the dealer didn't have my color choice in stock, the car is being made to order.   The color i chose was the black saphire pearl with the following options:   Navi 18" Vent. Seats Power rear sunshade   I don't remember what the final price for the car was, but the payment was $3K down, $770/month, 36 mnths 12K miles/ year   Does that sound like a fair deal to everyone?
