Replying to: gwynters (Apr 28, 2006 8:34 am) I just double checked the lease payment that you mentioned and according to my calculations, the zero down, pre-tax, 36 month, 15,000 mile per year lease payment for a 2006 ES 330 with an MSRP of $38,904, a cap cost of $34,955, and a money factor of .00235 should be around $500. Replying to: Car_man (Apr 30, 2006 1:03 pm) They have a premium plus car (or several of them) Sticker was 36,359. They told me they will sell them for 31,900 so a 36 month lease with ZERO CAP COST reduction, 12K miles, will be $499.00. The selling price of the car sounds ok to me but the $499 sounds high. Salesman claims Lexus Financial is not agressive in the financing part of the deal. I asked abot the 350 because it has a few nice features. He told me there is no incentives to move them and to igure about $100.00 a month addtl. Appreciate any comments. I think he will make a lower offer to me than the 499 but trying to figure the best deal. Rob

Hi Car_man I've never leased a car before and was wondering if you could help me with the following lease quote. 2007 ES350 with Ultra luxury package State: NJ County: STATE INCLUSIVE Lease Term: 36 Total Payment: 819.19 Out of Pocket: 0.00 MSRP: 43,989.00 Residual: 26,393.40 Mileage: 15,000 I asked for zero money down. As of now the salesman is not budging on Sale price because this is a newly launched model. I would like your opinion on this deal? Any suggestions on how I can negotiate a better deal? Also I was told that the residual value/buying price is not negotiable at the end of the lease term, but I've known people who have negotiated a lower buyout price. Is this something that I have to haggle the dealer about? Thanks for your time. Jay

Replying to: jayb82 (May 13, 2006 10:55 am) I am looking at a 2007 ES350 w/Nav and Premium Plus with this: State: TX County: Tarrant Lease Term: 36 Total Payment: $662 Out of Pocket: $3000 MSRP: $40749 Selling Price: $39749 Residual: 62% Mileage: 12k Money Factor: .00355 I have already negotiated $1000 off the MSRP and they are providing free ceramic tint and all weather mats and oil changes for the 36 months. My question is, is there anything in the financing side of the deal that is negotiable, specifically the money factor? I am trying to get my payments as low as possible. Thank you, MartinR
