They may change tomorrow....who know's!   btw, if you don't like that lease, you can take the 6 or 9k cash & try Chase or US Bank. This is slightly better than the factor that you were quoted, but still terrible. It's equivalent to an interest rate of almost 9.5%. Just leased an 08 RRS in So Cal. $63k list, $56k purchase price, 48 month lease with US Bank, $830 a month plus tax. Just drive offs due, no cap cost reduction. Residual is brutatl right now, in the 32% range and the money factor was around .0020. Hope this helps people, its the best I could find around Los Angeles. I have limited lease knowledge. Could someone quickly check this and let me know if it's a good deal. I may close tommorow. All the research Ive done shows that it is. Im worried about the residual, money factor. The sell price is good due to incentives.   36 month lease, 15k per year. MSRP $73450 Sell Price $56900 Doc Fee $225 Acq Fee $795 Residual-36% 12k down payment State Taxes-3% Money Factor-.00225 Rate-5.4% monthly payment-$818.90   Buying is not an option.
