Cuppy, can you give the details again, your monthly is not 7097, or at least I hope it isnt. What was your total out of pocket including all fees and taxes. thanks.

The 7097.is the total amount charged over the 3 years in addition to the depreciation.(Finance charge or interest). Total out of pocket was:$2000 broken down as - $714 first months payiment -$55 document fee -$101 tax on cap reduction (down payment) of $1125 I made. (optional)

How did I do?

Leasing is fun by the way...

I got it for 345 a month, with 590 down and I traded in my 1997 Acura CL 3.0 with 136,000 miles on it.

MSRP was 35,000 plus.
Supposedly they gave me the 3,000 cash back
They also claim to have thrown in the 1,000 loyalty for me

When I showed up to pick up the car, they wanted the first month payment, but I said yeah right, that was included, and they gave in.

I think I did okay, and most importantly LOVE THE CAR.

Hope everyone else does!

Anyone have any thoughts on installing a Sirius Sporter (don't want it on the windshield anymore if possible)

THANKS!

Hi okstatesrt8. This truck's lease program varies depending upon how long you lease it for and how many miles per year you need to be able to drive it. For now I will provide you with the info for a 36 month lease with 15,000 miles per year (these are very common terms). Let me know if you want something different. If you were to lease a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland 4WD through Chrysler Financial right now for 36 months with 15,000 miles per year, its buy rate lease money factor and residual value should be .00157 and 50%, respectively. I have not seen the lease program for the SRT-8, perhaps DaimlerChrysler is not currently providing any sort of lease support on it.

Ok guys I been looking for a new car, and on my last trip I rented a CG and was very impressed. So I let me fingers do the walking.

Here in PHX (Bill Luke Jeep), a local dealer has a one listed on their web site for $25,173, MSRP $30,760. After looking in the new consumer guide I saw what the Dealer invoice is for all options. My price to them was $24,050. this is w/3K off

This is for a 06 CG Laredo 4x2 w/ PKG 28F, and 4.7 V8.
They excepted the price, I'm to go back down next weekend to lease it. Now my questions, what special problems are they having on this beast? What Money factor can I be expecting? DO they have a a special 24 or 36 months lease also is 12K or 15K mileage on the special lease ?

Thanks
Tony

Hi Tony. If you were to lease a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 2WD through Chrysler Financial right now for 24 months with 15,000 miles per year, its buy rate lease money factor and residual value should be an unbelievably low .00001 and 50%, respectively. The numbers for an otherwise identical 36 month lease should be .00107 and 45%. If you were to lease with only 12,000 miles per year, the 24 month residual value would be 1% higher and the 36 month residual value would be 2% higher.

Car_man thanks for the info.... After plugging all the numbers in at Leaseguide, they are telling me my payments should be $324.56/m for 24 months 15/K mileage $286.87/m for 36/m and 15K/yr. But I see the Residual price is based on MSRP not the Cap Cost, how come ?

Thanks for all the info so far, it has helped me know more about leasing before walking into the dealer.

Tony
