Something doesn't sound right to me about this deal. sticker is 39,010 and he says im getting 1,100 under invoice

You are buying the Jeep after rebates at $30,966 after rebates plus tax and tags which are included into the payment.
 
And my payments would be with $2,000 down at 39 months for 12k miles a year it will be 359 a month all fees already rolled into the payment. Anybody with some help? I think the 50% residual should be higher but even with that calculation the payment should be lower.

I plugged this into my lease calc based on what you have provided and before tax payment of $325 - and about $350 with tax in my state NJ (it would be a bit higher as NJ taxes rebates too and I am not sure of that total in your state) Look up the invoice on TMV to be sure; FWIW it looks to be a fair deal on the surface.

I've been following your posts on here. Is that deal on a 13' only?
I am considering leasing a GC, might wait for a 14' but I'm sure the deals won't be as good as a 13'?
