At the least, the lease factor seems to be up, to 1.65%. Do you have a revised residual for a 4x4 Limited with 12K in Colorado, Car_Man?

Spoke to a dealer today, he says residuals are the same in Feb for a 2013 Limited. That is:
* 54% for 15K
* 56% for 12K
* 57% for 10K

Hi Car_Man - can you confirm what the residuals are for February in Colorado for a 2013 GC Limited with 12K miles? I'm getting all sorts of wild variations on a theme for my simple request.

It appears that residuals have dropped from Ally - I'm seeing 54% (12K), 55% (10K) and 52% (15K) now for 2013 GC Limited for 36 months. Too bad.

I am considering leasing a 2013 SRT8 Grand Cherokee and wonder what terms are available on 3 and 4 year with 12k miles. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just go this deal done on a 2013 JGC Limited 4X4. Its the base car just the way it comes but it basically comes with everything (Pano roof, Leather, Navigation, Back-up Camera, Parking senors, Heated front and Rear Seats and most importantly Xenon Lights! The MSRP was $40,590 and I got the selling down to $37,125 plus the $6,000 in rebates ($4,000 IDL Cash, $1,000 Lease Cash, $1,000 Conquest). Hann was the bank offering the best programs for Febraury with a .00130 month factor and 49% residual. Leased for 39 months and 12,000 miles per year - $354.42 and $2,815.61 due at signing which was just fees and taxes! See the breakdown of the lease below...

insidecarbuy - that seems like a great deal. I've been looking at the 2013 JGC Overland myself. But while researching, I saw the 2014's coming out and I might wait for them. They are supposed to be showing up in the next couple of weeks here in Mass.
 
Where would I find the best insight on whether or not they will be offering leasing incentives on them?
