Can someone please provide the money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2008 Infiniti M35 with 15,000 miles per year for November?

Given recent price quotes on M35's and lease quotes, I can't imagine leasing at this point...unless your company is paying for it.

Infiniti Financial Services' current buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2008 Infiniti M35 2WD with 15,000 miles per year are .00001 (the lowest possible) and 45%. When negotiating your lease on this car, make sure to take advantage of the $1,500 bonus cash that is available on it. This cash should enable you to negotiate a capitalized cost that's below dealer invoice.

Thanks Car_man. Looking at Edmunds TMV for the M35 with tech and sport packages it shows a TMV of $45,233. I am going to try and get them to lease it at that price minus the $1500, so around $43,733. Invoice is $45,467.

Also, does anyone know what kind of credit score it takes to get Infiniti's best money factor? Will a 700 credit score get it?
