If it does apply to the AWD, is it a no money down offer?? Might make sense to buy since I'm in Chicago and we pay tax twice on leases....   Thanks again....   bp

Thanks to this forum, I know the money factors and residuals for various lease terms. The problem I'm having is with the actual sell price. I am trying to lease an M35X with Tech and Xenon lights with an MSRP of $50,885. According to both Edmunds and Cars Direct, the invoice is $46,530. The TMV prices listed are between $41,000 and $42,700. Are these realistic? The best I have received from 3 dealers is invoice. Is it possible to get $3-4K under as Edmunds and Cars Direct indicate for a lease since some of the Infiniti rebates don't apply to leases? Looking to step into a new 2009 M45x (have 2006 m35x lease ending)   Offered intitially 1600 down and 778 month on 15k and 39mo lease at dealership Englewood, NJ. MSRP 61K(tech and adv teck pkg)   I have problems with the amount down.... any advice? I figure I should only be paying the first month on the new lease. The tags can be transferred?   Thanks.
