Just pulled the trigger on this lease: 08 Base M35, tech pkg, trunk mat,splash guards MSRP $48,285 sale price $41,700.43 adjusted sale price $42,794.43 (ACQ fee $595 and doc fee $400 into lease) residual 47% (22,693.95) MF 0.00023 $576/month for 39 months out the door $619 (first month + $40 registration   looked good to me! If it does apply to the AWD, is it a no money down offer?? Might make sense to buy since I'm in Chicago and we pay tax twice on leases....   Thanks again....   bp

Thanks to this forum, I know the money factors and residuals for various lease terms. The problem I'm having is with the actual sell price. I am trying to lease an M35X with Tech and Xenon lights with an MSRP of $50,885. According to both Edmunds and Cars Direct, the invoice is $46,530. The TMV prices listed are between $41,000 and $42,700. Are these realistic? The best I have received from 3 dealers is invoice. Is it possible to get $3-4K under as Edmunds and Cars Direct indicate for a lease since some of the Infiniti rebates don't apply to leases?
