My lease is expiring on my 2006 M45 this month. I am leasing a BMW 535i, but it will not arrive until the first of May. Does Infiniti have a grace period to turn in you car at the end of the lease? Thanks

Here's the lease I was offered on a 08 M45x with Tech, Adv Tech, Splash Guards and Trunk Mat: MSRP - $60,625 Invoice - $55,455 Cap Cost - $58,700 (includes Bank Fee ($595), Doc Fee ($364), Title ($212), State Sales Tax (7.4%)) Money Factor: 0.00144 Residual: 54% 39 Months with 10,000 miles $1,100 out of pocket (first month and registration) $800 per month Do I have the right MF and Res? What incentives are being offered in April? Are there incentives for repeat lessees (I'm turning in a 2006 M35x)? Thanks for the help. This is a great site.

If you have an infiniti on order (might also work with a nissan), they will extend the lease up to six months. I may take them up on the 2 month extension just to see if the 2009 FX lease rates come down (I'm sure they will start high)....or the murano lease rates come down. Of course, that will also give me more time to find the car of my dreams, whatever that turns out to be. Nothing other than a 911 is tempting me right now.....and that's not practical for someone who needs to be able to drive around with two other people in the car when working. |

The cost for that was 280 total. I now have a choice. Turn it in and use the 500 loyalty cash to cover it or fix it myself and use the full 500 towards the new one. I think I will fix it myself. I got a quote today for 150 to fix the scratches. It takes about 15 minutes. THen they send the report to Infiniti and give you 2 copies. One for the glove box and one for your records. Hope that sheds some light

What is the current MF and corresponding residual%'s for a 36 mo. lease for both 10,000 mi./yr. and 12,000 mi./yr. programs offered by Infiniti on the 2008 M35X?

Chances are that you will be better off just returning your car to IFS. If I was in your situation, I personally would probably roll the dice with the inspection rather than doing the repairs myself. There is a chance that the excess wear and tear penalty that you will have to pay will be less than the things that you are planning on repairing. You can always see if you can fix the items that get pointed out in the lease-end inspection on your own after it has been done but before you officially return your car.
