Wow, that's an incredible deal if it includes all the fees (bank fee, doc fee, title+reg). Where did you get that deal?
#7197 of 7594 Lease deal on 2013 G37x w/ Nav
by xruined901

I have the following offer on a 2013 G37x w/ Nav, MSRP: $44,500:
$375/mo, $1520 due at signing (bank fee, Doc fee, title+reg, 1st payment).
24 month lease, 10k/yr miles.
Money factor is .00050, residual is 73%.
Is that currently a good/great deal? I think there might be better deals in Nov/Dec to move the 2013s in preparation for redesigned 2014 model?

I have an offer on a 2012 G37x w/ premium and Nav, MSRP is 42,800.
$335 a month, first payment due at signing.
24 month lease, 12k miles a year.
Not sure what money factor and residual they used.
Also got an offer for a 2013 - same car, specs, lease terms etc. - for $358 a month.
Both numbers include tax (7%).

Greetings ghostbarbie. Since you are new to leasing, you definitely should check out the following informative articles on the subject that are available here at Edmunds.com: 10 Steps to Leasing a New Car and Calculate Your Own Lease Payment.
In short, the easiest way to get a good deal on a leased vehicle is to shop around for the lowest possible selling price and then have the dealer that you decide to go with calculate your vehicle's monthly payment using its buy rate lease money factor.
Infiniti is currently providing $2,000 dealer cash on this car. Make sure to take this cash into account during your negotiations. If I was in the market for a '12 G25 right now, I personally would shoot for a couple hundred dollars over the dealer invoice price that is listed here at Edmunds.com in the New Vehicle Pricing section of the site minus the cash incentive.

That's why the residual values are different, gq3856. The lease programs are different for different trim levels.
Infiniti Financial Services' October buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 24-month lease of a 2013 G37 Sedan X Sport with 12,000 miles per year are .00046 and 72%, respectively for consumers who qualify for its top credit tier.

Hey Peterk6139,
Need your help. I got a dealership that said they would match this offer.
If you are open to it, would you mind sending the dealership name, city, and state and if it is possible maybe we can connect on either email or Facebook.
What is the best email to connect with you.
Thanks,
Sander

A local NJ dealer has a 2012 G37 convertible demo that has MSRP of $53,930. Nav, Premium, Sport Rims & Tire package and maple accents. With 12K miles per year he initially offered me 1st month & Fees only at closing for $573 + tax. As the month is ending he said he can do $569 including tax. The car is in the showroom and will be titled as "New", even though it has been executive driven for 3-4K miles. That seems to be the best deal I can find. Make sense?

Hello xruined901. Infiniti Financial Services' October buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 24-month lease of a 2013 G37X Sedan with 12,000 miles per year are .00046 and 72% for consumers who qualify for its top credit tier.
You asked for 24-months twice. Did you mean 36-months the second time? If so, that would be .00031 and 61%.
