That was on a 39 month lease. I wanted 24, but they were "trying" to give me the best price they could. Residual was 69% and it was 12k miles per year.

I think the other missing piece is that you are looking at a COUPE vs the SEDAN, which is a significantly higher priced vehicle.
I signed all my paperwork yesterday and here is what I got for reference:

393/month lease for 24 months with 2500 down on a 2012 G37x.

Base lease price was 360 with around 36 added taxes (I live in PA where it is 10%!!).
Additionally please note my previous A4 lease. I still owed 3409 on the A4. They took that over, gave 6k off the MSRP of teh G and added in Nav, illum kick plates and wood trim for free (Premium Pkg was already included in the lease promotion).

Good luck in getting your new car!

I leased my g37 coupe from penninsula Infiniti in redwood city. Keep in mind that I had a 1000 owner loyalty rebate and my credit is top tier so my effective borrow cost was about 50 cents a month in the lease. Beshoff Infiniti in San Jose offered me a nearly identical deal on a similar car without kick plates.

Good luck

Wow that is a great deal. Was anyone able to replicate this.

I was only able to get this offer over the phone from Infiniti of Norwood in MA.

24 Month Lease on a G37X with Premium Package Only
2699 down + TTL (I think another 1600-1800)
Monthly payment is 269

I was gunning for a no down payment 24 to possibly a 39 month lease for a G37X with Nav and Premium Package. I would require 12k-13K in mileage on an annual basis.

What should be my target monthly payment?

Any help is appreciated.

I think I am officially done with my 2004 G35 Coupe. (I still love her so much....)

Any leasing expert will tell you do not do a cap cost reduction (the $2699 in your case). You risk losing some or all of your cap reduction as soon as your drive off the lot if your car is totaled or stolen. Insurance companies only pay for the market value of a lost or stolen car, and the depreciation starts as soon as the tires hit the road with you behind the wheel.

If you are worried about higher payments take the money that you would have put down to cut the payment in a higher interest savings account. If and when you need to make a lower car payment take some of the money out of savings to help with the payment.

Negotiate a lease just like you negotiate a purchase, by the selling price. Compare the selling price to invoice, close to invoice or better is your goal.

Thank you. I am trying to see if I can replicate the following from my dealer today:

"2012 G37X AWD Sedan
Premium Package
Navi Package
Splash guards
Illuminated kick plates
Trunk mat, net, first aid kit

24 month, 12K miles/yr lease (residual factor 0.67, tier 1 credit)

For $335 + tax. No other additional fees"

Will report back. Thanks for all the info on this forum.

#7188 of 7598 Good deal? by rk236

2013 G37 Journey Coupe with Prem Package

24 month lease / 24k miles

I got quoted $39125.

With a residual of 71% and money factor 0.00044 (which I got quoted from another dealer in Socal), comes out to $394 with tax and 0 down.

Is that a good deal?

Could you please let me know the name of the dealerships that you got these quotes from my local dealer is the only dealer in the state of Utah. They have a g37x coupe msrp is 48 and they MAY be able to get it down to 45-46. I dont really think thats a good deal but they are saying that they have no profit in the car and wont lose money on it. Can anyone help or suggest what I should do?

Hi gq3856. Infiniti Financial Services' October buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 24-month lease of a G37 Sedan Journey with 12,000 miles per year are .00033 and 70%, respectively for consumers who qualify for its top credit tier.
