Hey there, do you have more details on your sales tax and the fees associated with the deal? Particularly the doc fee for your dealer. With that info you can calculate exactly where you should be.
My gut says that this is a bit higher than you can get. For some reason edmunds and truecar have this as 400 higher than the MSRP on the coupes so i estimated your invoice
Invoice = 39,964
Residual for 24 months and 12k = 68%
MF = .00001
Acquisition = 700
Doc Fee = ?
Sales Tax = ?%
Dealer cash available = 2,750
Target selling price = 37,214 (Invoice less dealer cash)
If you can get the doc fee and your sales tax, I would recommend going to ridewithg.com and using the lease calculator to get your payment. Or give me your doc and sales tax and I can run it for you.
My rough estimate with the numbers above and fees of around 1100 rolled in, is a payment before tax of 367 with no money down except for 1st month.

I got my original offer bested by another dealer and then I went back to the original dealer and asked them to match, which they did. So I am getting:
2012 G37X AWD Sedan
Blue Slate exterior, Graphite interior
Illuminated kick plates
Trunk mat, net, first aid kit
24 month, 12K miles/yr lease (residual factor 0.67, tier 1 credit)
$365 including tax due at signing, $365 including tax going forward. No other additional fees. So 24 pmts at 334.86 before 9% tax.
Great deal IMO.

Yes 0 down. I'm literally in for 24 payments at 334.86 + 9% tax ($365) and that's it.

my email is davidxparkhotmail.com and my deal right now as of now is 2000 down and 389.50 with tax and everything included on a g37 with NO NAV..... so basically i called the dealer again and told him ive seen other people getting really good deals like yours with 0 down payments and the monthlys in the high 300s and he basically told me if i can show him what that dealer has quoted in an email he can ask his manager to match the deal so is there any way you can email me the quote that the dealer has quoted you in your deal?

That is definitely not a good deal. Your out of pocket on that $2,000 down, $389 (tax included) offer for the 24 months is more than $10,000. You need to get the dealers to wipe out the down payment. You should be basically looking at the depreciation of the car as your out of pocket. For 24 months at 12 miles/year, you should be looking at your out of pocket somewhere in the 8,000 to 9000 range depending on model and options. A model with an MSRP of 44,000 for these lease terms has a residual value of 29,480 (based upon the residual factor of .67). True car estimates this car's selling price to it's "members" in the low to mid 37,000s (again depending on features). The difference there is roughly 8,000.
I'm in the northeast, so I was looking at AWD cars only. The RWD options that may be available to you should be a little cheaper.
Keep in mind that some dealers aren't as desperate this month to move 2012 G37 Sedans as many of them have been wiped out of inventory because of last month's 18 month lease promotion. Infiniti is not shipping any more new 2012s. The 2013s are on there way soon, but the lease program is probably going back to 36 or 39 months when that happens so the deals won't be as good as they've been when inventory was high on the 2012s in the last 2 months. The sales manager where I bought my car also pointed out that the 2014 redesigned G Sedans which were supposed to be arriving in April or May next year are more likely to come in late June.

FYI, one of the dealers in my region is now offering a 279/mo lease on the G37X AWD Sedan with premium package for 24 months, 10,000 miles/year. $2220.00 plus first payment (279) due at signing. If you roll everything into the monthly payments and keep their fees to a minimum, that's roughly 371.50 + tax. It's still not as low as I got and I'm sure their inventory is limited but at least it's something to take back the dealers you have been dealing with. I'm sure you could get this local dealer in my region to go even lower.
You should be able to get 12,000 miles for almost the same as the 10,000 lease offers. People have been negotiating that all summer.

Oh I forgot to add its not a sedan it is a coupe that I got offered this deal with. Does that make a big difference?

Hello chiko. Infiniti Financial Services' September buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36-month lease of a 2013 G37 Coupe IPL with 12,000 miles per year are .00048 and 55%, respectively for consumers who qualify for its top credit tier.
