This is the latest deal I have worked. Is this a decent deal and is the bank fee supposed to be added to the adjusted capitalized cost.   Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.   2009 INFINITI G37 JOURNEY SEDAN / PREMIUM & SPORT PACKAGE (NO NAV) The vehicle the dealer was able to find has a cargo net, lighted kick plates, splash guards and a trunk mat.   ITEMIZATION OF AMOUNT DUE AT LEASE SIGNING Capitalized cost reduction (amount paid in cash) - 0 Sales tax on amount paid in cash - 0 Capitalized cost reduction (credit for net trade-in allowance) - 0 Sales tax on net trade-in allowance - 0 Advanced monthly payment (first month) - 539.04 Refundable security deposit - 0 Initial title fees - 60.00 Initial registration fees - 124.00 Florida fees / tire and battery - 6.50 Dealer fees - 499.00 Taxes - 0 Total amount to at lease signing - 1228.54   MONTHLY PAYMENT / SINGLE PAYMENT DETERMINATION Gross capitalized cost - 36800.00 Capitalized cost reduction - 0 Adjusted capitalized cost - 37,395.00(includes bank fee) Residual value - 22,472.25 Depreciation and any amortized amounts - 14,922.75 Rent charge - 4,482.72 Total of base payments - 19,405.44 Lease payments - 539.04 Base monthly / single payment - 539.04 Monthly sales tax - 37.73 (lake co.) Infiniti Financial Services' current buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2009 Infiniti G37X Sedan with 12,000 miles per year are .00166 and 58%, respectively. The numbers for an otherwise identical 39 month lease are .00185 and 57%. If you were to lease with only 10,000 miles per year, this car's residual values would be 1% higher. Infiniti Financial Services' April buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2009 G37 Journey Coupe Sport with 12,000 miles per year are .00263 and 62%, respectively. The money factor for a lease with only 10,000 miles per year would be the same, but the residual value would be 1% higher.   The difference between the program on the '08 and the program on the '09 is not is big as the money factors make it appear because the residual values are significantly higher on the 2009 model.   Car_man Host Prices Paid: Buying & Leasing Experiences Forum

The .00178 money factor that you were quoted for a lease of a base 2009 G37 Sedan is correct.   It's great that you know what this car's selling price is. That is a very important number for lessees to find out. If you let me know what this car's MSRP or dealer invoice price is, I can compare it to either one, I'll gladly tell you what I think of the price that you were quoted.   Infiniti's current incentives are scheduled to run through the end of the quarter. I don't think that there is any advantage to extending your lease for another month, but it is impossible to say whether Infiniti will make any unscheduled revisions to its programs.   Car_man Host Prices Paid: Buying & Leasing Experiences Forum

The money factor that you were quoted is about right (it's actually .00273, not .00275 but the difference is negligible). $300 under invoice is an excellent selling price for this car. Hi Car_man,   We all know that your credit score will affect the amount of your lease payment. Is there a set dollar amount that your credit score/tier should increase your payment amount?   For example, if Infiniti is advertising a $399 monthly payment for a G37 but it is for tier 0 only, can we figure out how much the payment would be for tier 1 credit, tier 2, etc?   I know I am tier 2 with Infiniti/Nissan so what is the maximum monthly premium I should be willing to pay on top of a tier 0 advertised special?   Thanks in advance!
