I am new to this site and have been doing extensive car searches. I am wondering if you guys could share your input on the deal I just received from a Chicagoland dealer. Brand new 2008 G35X with Premium and wood trim. MSRP $38,530. 39-months lease with 12,000 miles/yr. $0 down and all taxes & fees rolled into the payments for $498/month. Price factored into the lease: $34,500 Money factor: .00119 Residual: 54% Any input would be much appreciated.

Replying to: dae928 (Dec 09, 2008 2:20 pm) I am looking at the same options as you, PLUS the perf. tire and wheel option ($400). I also need 15k miles/year so that is what my quote is for. Like you, I am rolling all fees into the lease with only the first month's payment due at signing. MSRP = $38,870 Base Cap Cost = $34,940 Final Cap Cost = $37,390 (includes TTL, Dealer Doc, Bank Fee) MF = .00119 Residual = 53% Total Payment = $499/mo This is an improvement from where our negotiations began and it appears to be the best I'm going to be able to do.

Replying to: cadenhead (Nov 24, 2008 11:24 am) 39 month lease 15,000 miles Zero sign off.. 462.00 Plus tax I need to get the break down from the dealer of: Cap Cost - Net Cap Cost - Money Factor - Residual – Until then what should be the MF and Residual? And from the start does the deal look likes it’s going in the right direction?

I currently have a deal going for a 08 G37s premium package, splash guards, cargo net, trunk mat, illuminated side sills msrp is $40800 The deal is down to $1400 total out of pocket. 39x 10k at $427 per month. Is this a good deal ? or should I go lower? Also, The only problem is I still have a Lexus with 4 payments left on it. I think I can squeeze them to get them to pay for 2 of them, but Ill prolly have to pay the other 2 which makes my cost jump up nearly by $900.00 Do you think they will offer the great deals they have now for the 08 for the 09 models in May of 09? I guess it really depends on the economy and stuff but what do you guys think? Are the 08 deals really really good? and also great because is it Dec?

Car_Man.....anyone?? I did a search and tried finding a breakdown of the December MF's and Res as has been posted many times before, but for some reason I'm coming up short and unable to locate the post. I'm looking to get an '08, journey w/sport and prem packages. I'd like 36/mo lease max. I know how to calculate everything, just looking for the actual numbers. Anyone help a man out? It will be much appreciated. Good day!
