Still no idea.

How much are you paying for the car, destination, and any dealer doc or prep fee? Get that number and look up invoice on your car with all the options on it. Compare the two numbers. If you are not close to invoice you are paying too much.

Take your money and stick it in the bank. Each month when it is time to make your lease payment take some out if you need to in order to make your payment seem low. Some months you may find you don't need to touch your savings and when you get a raise at work you may find you never do. That is a much smarter way to have a low payment than sinking all that money into the lease. If your car gets stolen or totalled your insurance pays off IFS and you lose it all. If you have it in the bank, you still have all that money.

my way to negotiate is to read these posts, and then basically try to come in close to what appears the best offers. I live in DC where tax, 10 percent, adds a hefty amount on to monthly payment... so, taking that into consideration, I negotiated for a G35X with premium package AND navigation, a 39 month lease at $479.36 (god only knows why that precise!) with nothing down, nothing for doc fees etc... the tax is rolled into the monthly price, so in essence I'm paying $444 or so a month for the base lease price (oh, with 12,000 miles annually).

I figure that's not bad as the last Infiniti I got was 24 months at $455 a month with prem package and navigation and that had 15,000 miles a year (and in that case I did pay about $700 for "doc" fees etc, altho there was no tax as I was registered in NJ). any thots? I haven't signed my new lease yet so if you all tell me I'm way off....

otherwise, I LOVE the car even tho squeezing 2 kids in car seats in the backseat plus a friend is a pain in the neck....

This is the G lease forum, not the F lease forum. You might have better luck reading or asking over in the FX35 lease forum.

If you really meant G and not F, I posted the May lease numbers back in May and was told Monday that they are the same for June.

Sometimes I get the feeling most people don't and ask the same questions over and over...
I'm kind of tired of saying "Negotiate the price of the car, not the payments"...I don't know how you do it Dennis...I can understand Carman, he probably has the his advice in a word doc ready to copy and paste.

Yup 403.26 including tax.
Just get the car sold to you at invoice, pay your fees and 1st payment upfront (around 1300ish) and thats it. This is for a base model, if you want the the premium package then you're looking at 50 bucks or so more.
Oh did i mention u gotta have very good credit? Not saying u don't, but when it comes to leasing, that's a must.
