Quote, FX 35 AWD, Touring, Flaps, Rear Mat, Black Cross Bars, Ipod, Hands Free.  Cap Cost of 40,900 (1500 over invoice) Residual of 66% Money .001700.  The Money rate seems high to me, plus does the dealer incentive include leases? $1500 over invoice seems high if the dealer is getting an additional 2500 factory incentive. I was wondering what the lease rates were for the FX35 in Feb.   I'm looking at a 35 with the following options Cargo Area Protector (PIO) Hands-Free Package Splash Guards (PIO) Technology Package Touring Package   It's listed at 46350. Am in Chicago and it seems Infiniti is giving the best deals on higher end SUV's. Is this a good deal? It is an 08 FX with Touring and Tech. Total MSRP* $45,220.00  Purchase price 39285+TTL ..."   Your car is better equipped which has MSRP about $1500 more.. =~ 39,285 + 1500 =~ 40,785 (for purchase price) - 30,371 (residual value 65% after 24 months) =~ 10,414 (this is the cost of 24 months usage)   Compare the above amount with your payment $4000 down + $499 monthly x 24 = $15,976   Diff. = 15,976 - 10,414 = $5,562   $5,562 = tax(*) , bank fee, interest and TTL... for 24 months.. => little too much for $10,414 ?   (*) tax amount = (purchase price - residual value) * tax rate... Not sure how much TTL and other things should be. How do I figure out what the invoice price on the car is? Or is the invoice price the "agreed value of the car"? The $2,500 dealer cash that Infiniti is providing on the 2008 Infiniti FX35 is not compatible with Infiniti Financial Services' special lease program. The money factor that you were quoted is a little on the high side. IFS' current buy rate lease money factor for a 36 month lease of an '08 FX35 AWD is only .00120. Make sure that the dealer you are working with uses that factor to calculate your monthly payment. Also, if you are in an area that has a decent level of competition, there is a good chance that you can do better than $1,500 over dealer invoice on this truck. You never mentioned what either of these variables are, so for now I will assume that you are interested in a 36 month lease with 15,000 miles per year. Let me know if you want something different. Infiniti Financial Services' buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 2008 FX35 AWD with 15,000 miles per year are .00120 and 55%, respectively.
