If you haven't leased the FX35 that you are interested in yet, you're in luck because Infiniti just enhanced its lease program yesterday. You never mentioned what term or mileage allowance you need so for now I will assume that you are interested in a 36 month lease with 15,000 miles per year. Let me know if you want something different. I would be happy to use Infiniti's current lease program for it to estimate what your monthly payment should be. Quote, FX 35 AWD, Touring, Flaps, Rear Mat, Black Cross Bars, Ipod, Hands Free.  Cap Cost of 40,900 (1500 over invoice) Residual of 66% Money .001700.  The Money rate seems high to me, plus does the dealer incentive include leases? $1500 over invoice seems high if the dealer is getting an additional 2500 factory incentive.
