Hi jrt123. This truck's 36-month, 15k residual value is 53% without navigation and 51% with navigation. It's strange that the dealer would use anything different because dealers are not allowed to alter banks' published residual values.
When negotiating your lease on this vehicle, shoot for a selling price of a couple hundred dollars over the invoice price that is listed here at Edmunds.com minus the $800 dealer cash that is currently available on it.

I would shoot for lower. We got into a 4wd 2013 Honda Pilot for 215/month. We traded in our 05 Honda CRV. It seems to me that you could get financing to buy a brand new one and have that payment. You might as well buy one. The incentive to lease is very low payments. That's my opinion.

I would run and not look back. I got into a 2013 FWD Honda Pilot for 219.00/month. I traded in an 04 CRV. If they wont give you that deal, tell them you are calling the coporate office and report them.

Ummmm NO. The leasing incentive is to have low payments. My lease of the 2013 Pilot 4wd was 219/month trading in our 04CRV. Man you can have that payment buying one.

2013 LX-2WD for
15,000 miles
$354 monthly payment
36 Months
$441 down (includes fee/taxes) + 1 month
No trade-in
It also includes free oil changes, servicing and tire insurance for $12 (I figured I would be spending about $10/month just on oil changes)
56% residual
Selling price: $27424
Decent deal or rip-off?
I hurried the deal as it was getting late and they were the only ones that had the color I wanted within an hour's drive. I have top tier credit score.

Hmm,
Wonder what that 215 will look like in 3 years when this lease is up and no more 05 crv to trade in on the next one?
390 is with zero (zip zilch as in no trade or cash) down. What they call "sign and drive". If they put 5500 down then their payment would be 215 also but putting money down is not the best financial advise for several reasons.

Assuming an average cost for your 04CRV as $6000 and lease period for 3 years, the actual monthly payment would be more than $385.

Hi laurie9973. Honda Finance's March buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36-month lease of a 2013 Pilot EX-L 4WD with 15,000 miles per year are .00055 and 53% for consumers who qualify for its top aka "Super Preferred" credit tier.
Honda is providing an $800 dealer cash incentive on this truck this month. Make sure to take it into account when negotiating your selling price.
Honda is advertising this truck at $359 per month for 36 months with a $2,240 down payment. You should be able to do better than that by negotiating.
