I'd like to help you out, but first you need to take some initiative as opposed to throwing out a bunch of numbers many of which you do not understand. For example, you provide a "Delivered Price". Did you ask the dealer what that represents? It certainly isn't an out the door price. If you take $25,447, back out the $372 DMV fees, that leaves $25,075. Back out the 7% Miami Dade tax (would have been considerate of you to provide your tax rate instead of me having to look it up), and the cost of the car would be $23,435. Well, if you can get it for $600 under invoice, buy a dozen, then go to the Prices Paid board and sell them all at a nice profit to others who are looking for an Accord.
You're also the first person to ask whether a residual is good so I'm guessing you're not familiar with what a residual represents or how it impacts the monthly lease payment.
Please do a little research on the web regarding how leasing works, learn about capitalized costs, residuals and moneyfactors, then get a breakdown of the numbers from these dealers and I will be happy to advise you.
