hey! yes...it's somewhere between $275 and $276/month before taxes.
we went to the dealership in cerritos. I think you can do better than me though...i would at least try!!!
but, check to see if the money factor and residuals are still the same. if it's lower, then you can get a lower payment. I think they're still doing the $1500 dealer incentive though...so that hasn't changed!

thanks for the reply. How much do you think I should shoot for LX ? (3 yrs/12k miles)
If I dont need moon-roof and CD changer and power seat, are there other reasons that I should get EX instead of LX?

Hey guys,
I just wanted to get your opinion on the lease I just signed. Keep in mind I live in Central NJ.
Accord LX w/ wheel locks, splash guards, and trunk protector
36 months, 12,000 miles/year
$244/month
$1,300 total out of pocket (included 1st month, taxes, tire fees, other fees, etc.)

Read these forums. See what people like myself and others have been reporting pricewise. Ask for a sign and drive lease only with a detailed list on any startup costs like first month, tag etc.
SIGN AND DRIVE ONLY No cap cost. Compare the prices to what you see here.
Of course they would love to fleece you. Happens all the time. Some will lie and say only with money down. Or e can lower your payments when you put thousands of dollars down on a lease.

I have been but haven't been able to find anything for a 09 accord coupe EX-L with navi. I did the math myself using MF of .00207 and a 55% residual using the Selling price of $24,378 and an MSRP of $29,225 with 7% tax rolled in and i came to $336\36 months with absolutely nothing down. What are normal inception fees in NJ? What's the MF and residual value currently for july for the coupe ex-l 4 cyl auto with nav?

Hi Josh. The best way for me to evaluate this deal is to look at the selling price that it was based upon. The selling prices of leased vehicles are negotiable, just as if you were paying cash for or financing them. Without this number, it is difficult to tell how large a dealer discount you are getting. Let us know what this car's selling price is and I'm sure that either myself or another knowledgeable community member will be happy to tell you what they think.
