Hi monkeyshift. GMAC's current base lease rate and residual value for a 27 month lease of a GMC Yukon Denali or a 2007 Yukon XL Denali with 10,000 miles peer year are 7.2% and 69%, respectively. The numbers for an otherwise identical 39 month lease are 7.2% and 64%, respectively.

I don't believe that General Motors is currently providing any cash incentives on leases of these trucks right now.

Welcome mikeystiles. I'm glad that you have found this discussion so helpful. Unfortunately I am not aware of any cash incentives available on leases of the 2007 GMC Yukon right now. I would be happy to work up a sample lease payment on the specific truck that you are interested in for you. In order for me to do so I need you to provide me with its full MSRP and selling price. You can look up this truck's MSRP and invoice price by visiting the following section of this site: Edmunds.com - New Vehicle Pricing. Then you can either assume that you will be able to get it for $X over invoice or check out the following discussion to get an idea of how much you will have to pay: "GMC Yukon /Yukon Denali: Prices Paid & Buying Experience". Let me know what these prices are and I'll crunch some numbers for you.

Welcome aboard aron2. I assume that the price that you mentioned, $46,312.53, is this truck's selling price. If so, what is its MSRP? You should be able to find it on your lease contract. Having both numbers will show me how much of a discount you were given and it will enable me to use GMAC's lease program to estimate what your monthly payment should have been. Let me know and I'll tell you what I think.

Congratulations on getting your new truck, moose08. It looks like you got a great deal. You're right the customer cash that GM is offering on the Yukon right now is now available on leases through GMAC and 7.2% is GMAC's current base lease rate for this model. Thanks for taking the time to share the details of your deal with everyone. Enjoy your new ride!

Hello Jeni. The fact that you are able to purchase this truck through GM's supplier purchase program means that you are getting it for a good price. Let's use GMAC's current lease program to estimate what its monthly payment should be. According to my calculations, if you were to lease a 2007 GMC Yukon Denali that has an MSRP of $51,070 and a selling price of $47,598 through GMAC right now for 48 months with 15,000 miles per year, your zero down, pre-tax monthly payment should be around $661. If you were to lease this truck for only 36 months, its payment should be around $706. These are for GM's SmartLease program, not its SmartBuy program. Given how much lower the payment that I came up with is than the one that you were quoted you may be better off going with a lease than a balloon note on this truck.

I'm thinking of leasing a Denali.

What is the residual and the money factor for
1. 24 month/15k per year
2. 36 month/15k per year

I have a tier one credit.

Thanks!

Hello Car_man
I'm interested in leasing a 2007 GMC Yukon SLE-1 2WD. 36 or 48 month lease. At least 15K miles per year. Is there an 18K mile per year lease? MSRP is $35,525. Do you know what the current lease rate (MF) and Residual is for this vehicle? Do you know what I can expect to pay monthly (including 7.75% So Cal Tax rate) if I only pay minimum drive off fees? I have Tier 1 Credit. Assume I get vehicle at invoive (~$32650) minus current $2000 GMC incentive. Thanks

I am interested in leasing a Yukon SLT. The dealer told me I could only get $1,500 of the GM incentive, since it is a lease. Does this sound correct or should a lessee get $2,500? Here are the details, please let me know if the deal sounds good....

MSRP - $50,175
Sale Price - $46,111
48 months/15,000 miles/$0 down/7.7 sell rate/52% residual - $673 p/month

OR

MSRP - $50,175
Sale Price - $46,111
39 months/15,000 miles/$0 down/7.7 sell rate/59% residual - $685 p/month

Thanks for the advice!!!

Here you go, mcgdoc. GMAC's current base lease rate and residual value for a 24 month lease of a 2007 GMC Yukon Denali with 15,000 miles per year are 7.2% and 67%, respectively. The numbers for an otherwise identical 36 month lease are 7.2% and 60%. As you can see, GMAC publishes lease rates instead of money factors for the vehicles that it leases. You can convert its published lease rates into approximate money factor equivalents by dividing them by 2400.
