Hi newtrix. Ford Credit's current 36 month base lease rate and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2007 F-150 SuperCrew XLT 4WD with 12,000 miles per year are 3.0% and 51%, respectively. Using these numbers, an MSRP of $30,559, and a selling price of $24,743, I come up with a zero down, pre-tax monthly payment of around $305.
I see that you are considering trading in one of your current vehicles when leasing your new one. There's nothing wrong with trading in vehicles when leasing, but if you decide to do this it would be in your best interest to have the dealer that you are working with cut you a check for your trade rather than using the proceeds from it as a down payment for your lease. I always advise consumers against making large down payments on leased vehicles because those who make them risk losing part or all of them if their vehicle is totaled in an accident or stolen and never recovered.

Thanks Car man. I did lease a supercrew lariat MSRP $42860 and was given .5% and 59% like you said. negotiated price was $34255. w/ 1K down payment is $391. including taxes etc. so I think I did pretty well.

Hey Car Man,
I'm an X-plan employee interested in leasing a new FX4--problem is I've talked to a couple of local dealers and I'm getting different numbers on both the rate and the residual percentage. I would like to know what the lease rates are for 24, 36, and 48 months AND for 10,500 and 12,000 mile terms. Also, where is the information published???
Thanks

rdb,
It sounds like I am looking for the same truck price and equipment wise. How did you negotiate such a good deal. Even with Invoice - $2500, you're still well below that!
Thanks,
dave

Dave, I told the dealer that another local dealer was beating their original offer, so they offered me x plan and might have ate into the holdback to get to that price. msrp 42860.negotiated price was 37300. plus 3045.00 rebate residual 59% and .5% interest. the holdback is 3% of msrp so they can go below invoice if they really want the business. hope this helps, Bob

If any one want to know what the residuals, rates, or rebates are for your area just post your zip code and I would be happy to pull them for you.
I am an F&I guy at a Ford Store and have access to the info.
