I'm considering leasing a 2007 f 150 lariat loaded w/ nav etc. MSRP 43345. I would like to know what the residual is for 24 mos. 10.5k per year. I am returning an 05' lease that at the time had a residual of 63% and now I'm being told it's 50% on an 07'. Can you help clarify this?

Looking at a 07 XLT Supercrew with MSRP of 30550 and a sales price of 24743 not including tax 7.75/title/doc in Las Vegas. Can you provide the payment and residual. I could do a 1000 mile/mo lease. if its much cheaper. 3 years is good. Thanks Also I have two cars I could trade one worth $2000 and one worth $5000. Could I use one of these to crank the payment down?

There's nothing wrong with trading in vehicles when leasing, but if you decide to do this it would be in your best interest to have the dealer that you are working with cut you a check for your trade rather than using the proceeds from it as a down payment for your lease. I always advise consumers against making large down payments on leased vehicles because those who make them risk losing part or all of them if their vehicle is totaled in an accident or stolen and never recovered.
