Hello ies3343. In most areas, Ford is offering $2,500 lease cash on the 2007 F-150 right now. If you were able to get this truck for dealer invoice minus this lease cash, its capitalized cost would be around $32,597. Using this price and an MSRP of $38,376, I estimate that this truck's 35 month, 15,000 mile per year, zero down, pre-tax monthly payment should be around $443.

Hi lisa765. I am not familiar with the advertised lease payment that you mentioned, but I can give you an idea of what this truck's current lease program is like. Ford Credit's current buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2007 F-150 SuperCab XLT 4WD with 10,500 miles per year are 1.5% and 52%, respectively. When negotiating your lease on this truck, make sure to take advantage of the $2,500 lease cash that Ford is currently providing on it.

No problem, jackatkc. While Ford is providing $3,000 customer cash on the 2007 F-150, I believe that only $2,500 is available on leases of it through Ford Credit. I would be happy to estimate what your lease payment would be like on this truck right now, but in order for me to do so I need you to provide me with its full MSRP.

Greetings jbd2. Unfortunately, I am not aware of any web site that provides accurate information on manufacturers' current lease programs to the general public. I can help you out though. These trucks' lease programs vary by term and mileage allowance. For now I will assume that you are interested in a 36 month lease with 15,000 miles per year. Let me know if you want something different. Ford Credit's current 36 month, 15,000 mile per year base lease rate and residual value for the 2007 F-150 SuperCab XLT 4WD are 1.5% and 49%, respectively. The numbers for an otherwise identical lease of a 2007 F-150 SuperCrew XLT 4WD are 2.75% and 50%. The numbers for an otherwise identical lease of a 2007 F-150 SuperCrew FX4 4WD are 2.75% and 49%. Lastly, the numbers for an otherwise identical lease of a 2007 F-150 SuperCab FX4 4WD are 1.5% and 48%.

Ah ha, jbd2. I guess that I should have read ahead. Here's the 24 month, 12,000 mile per year data that you're interested in. Ford Credit's current 24 month, 12,000 mile per year base lease rate and residual value for the 2007 F-150 SuperCab XLT 4WD are 1.5% and 58%, respectively. The numbers for an otherwise identical lease of a 2007 F-150 SuperCrew XLT 4WD are 0.75% and 60%. The numbers for an otherwise identical lease of a 2007 F-150 SuperCrew FX4 4WD are 0.75% and 59%. Lastly, the numbers for an otherwise identical lease of a 2007 F-150 SuperCab FX4 4WD are 1.5% and 57%.
When negotiating your lease on these trucks, make sure to take the $2,500 lease cash that is available on it into account. It will help you to negotiate an attractive capitalized cost for your truck. Ford is providing additional lease cash on top of that in select areas.

#67 of 208 Help on Single Pay Lease
by dmaloy
Feb 28, 2007 (7:42 am)
Car_man,
I am trying to make a sgl pay lease deal on a '07 F150 Lariat Crew that has a MSRP of $40455. I qualify for X-Plan and that brings it to $36743. There is $2500 lease cash and the sales mgr offered extra $500 from car show promotion.
I have a trade that should bring $6700 and I would like to use that plus as small of a supplemental check from me as possible to pay a single pay 24 mo lease with either 12000 or 15000/yr.
Could you tell me what I should expect and also what the money factor and residual factors would be for these 2 choices? If the Lariat residual is way different from the XLT - I may just go with the XLT.
Thanks for your help.
