#631 of 662 looking to lease a 2014 Explorer Sport
Sep 02, 2013 (11:37 am)
I am headed to the dealer tomorrow and am actually looking to lease 2 new vehicles. One is a 2014 Explorer sport. I would like a 39 month lease. Did the updated numbers come in yet? I want to know what I should be looking for when I go in. The other vehicle would be a Ford Taurus limited. I will post in that category separately.
Any advice or info is appreciated.

#633 of 662 2014 Ford Explorer Lease Factors
Sep 13, 2013 (1:02 pm)
I wanted to see what the lease factor is on a 2014 Ford Explorer XLT or Limited. Also any examples of what people are seeing as a payment. MSRP 41-42. Sales price 38. I just got an offer for 672 a month includes tax at 24 months at 39 months. These guys are out of there minds are do Fords really lease this poorly?

Is this fair for lease? 2014 - options are 202A package, Navigation, powerlift gate, tow.
down to $36,244 (using xplan and $1500 RCL)
36 month lease, 12000 miles
$2000 cash due at signing
$445/mo payments (which include 7.725% taxes)
dealer advises Gov't fees of $52.75 & $80 doc fee which is included; also advises money factor is 1.75% and 55% residual
Looking for any comments. THANKS
