Hi gene66. Ally's current base lease rate and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2011 Cadillac CTS Coupe Premium 2WD with 10,000 miles per year are 0.59% and 47%, respectively.
When negotiating your lease on this car, make sure to take advantage of the $3,800 cash incentive that is currently available on 36 month leases of this car through Ally.

Greetings chrisc318. Since you are new to leasing, you definitely should check out the following informative articles on the subject that are available here at Edmunds.com: 10 Steps to Leasing a New Car and Calculate Your Own Lease Payment.
In short, the easiest way to get a good deal on a leased vehicle is to shop around for the lowest possible selling price and then have the dealer that you decide to go with calculate your vehicle's monthly payment using its buy base lease rate.
If you provide me with the MSRP and dealer invoice of the exact CTS that you are interested in I would be happy to work up a sample payment on it for you.

I'm trying to get a sense of what is a fair, reasonable lease rate for a CTS-V Coupe with an MSRP around $68,000, 39 month lease, $2,000 down. I understand there's a $4,000 incentive. This is in Florida. Thanks for any insights.

Hi Car_man,
Do you know the current Ally lease rates and residuals for a CTS-V sedan, 15k miles/yr, 24- or 36-month term? Appreciate the help.
Thanks,
Tom

Do you think they will have the $289 a month lease again for the CTS Coupe they had its in January(beginning of the year), I am looking to lease a 2011 in Septemeber thinking that sense the 2012 will be coming out? Correct me if I am wrong about that.

Few questions:
1) Cadillac has a purchase cash back of ~$5642 on a buy.
2) You stated above Ally's has a $3,800 incentive, which being a 3rd party lease company and their incentive is their own, not GM.
3) So being a 3rd party lease company (I know Ford does this for cars they don't have programs for) -- so I purchase the CTS-V Sedan, am I entitled to the $5600 from Cadillac + the $3800 from Ally's? roughly netting $9400 in incentive money? Does U.S. Bank have any incentive cash? I've leased a few cars from them.
Lastly,
what is the current money factor and residual for the 2011 (or 2012??) CTS-V Sedan? cars.com shows the money factor at 0.0006 or 1.45% interest rate, but I can't find the residual on a 36 month/10K miles a year lease. Also, any changes with the August program?
I very much appreciate the assistance.
Best Regards,
Damon

Hey chrisc318. Using the prices that you mentioned and a selling price of $1,000 over invoice, I estimate that this car would have a 36-month, 12,000 mile per year, zero down, pre-tax monthly payment of around $558.

Hi Tom. Ally's current base lease rate and residual value for a 24-month lease of a 2011 CTS-V Sedan with 15,000 miles per year are 0.15% and 49%, respectively.
The numbers for an otherwise identical 36 month lease are 1.15% and 43%.
When negotiating your deal on this car, make sure to take the massive $6,425 cash incentive that is available on 24-mo. and $5,925 that is available on 36-mo. leases of this car through Ally into account.
