Also, does the conquest cash ($1000) and lease cash ($1700) apply yo everyone? Are there any additional discounts for Cadillac loyalty? I am coming out of a DTS lease in August. Thanks!

Im looking at the CTS and there are very few with this Bose Edition. I did find a dealer with one. With my GM Supplier Discount, The 1700 Bose Lease Incentive, and 1000 dollar GM Loyalty Incentive, they are quoting me 379/mo(PreTax) for 39 months 10kmiles a year, nothing down. Is this a good deal? Can I do better than this? They are saying with my GM Supplier Discount they cant charge me any more or less than GM Supplier Discount. The TMV On the vehicle is less than the Supplier pricing, I know the residual on the 36/12k but what is it for 39/12k?

I'm starting to look for another car, have always liked the CTS, so I'm letting my fingers do the looking.. This is the numbers I have found. 07 CTS w/Bose edition and 18" wheel Performance package white diamond exterior and Cashmere interior MSRP is $37,025 Invoice $34,300 TMV $34,690 minus $ 3,000 So in theory I could get this car for $31,690. I see that GM has no lease specials for this car, so with the following # could you please give me lease quotes. Say price of car is $34,300, minus 3K with zero out of pocket. For 24 and 36 month lease, with 15K/yr. Thanks

Replying to: Car_man (Aug 31, 2005 2:16 am) I just put 50,000 miles on my 06 Accord in my new job. Exactly 12 months ago next week I took out a 60 month loan. I now need a bigger car for the road. 2 questions: (1) The best road vehicle? Cadillac STS/DTS, Lincoln Town Car, Chrysler 300c, Lexus 460 or GS330h, or even Toyota Avalon. (2) Whatever I get will have 150,000 miles in 3 years….. Should I lease or buy? MB6 |

Now regarding leaseing, I would RUN from a lease if you plan on driving 150K miles in 3 yrs. As far as trade in goes when cars have over 100K there isn't much value there. The best thing to do it pay cash for a car if you can.

Car Man, This is the numbers I have been quoted from emails. 07 CTS-V MSRP is $53,470 Invoice $49,099 TMV $49,473 minus $ 3,000 Tags, fees, taxes $2100 I am assuming I can get the car for $46,473, including 3K cash allowance. My trade in would decrease my taxes to $1K and another ~$300 for fees and $750 for tags. Could you please give me a lease quote for 24 and 36 month lease, with 12K/yr. Thanks, Craig |
