I have this offer for a X35d Premium Tech Cold Weather Rear Climate Third Row Remote Access MSRP 62,875 Selling Price 57,985 =invoice 36 month lease, 12K/year, $850/month, security deposit waived, nothing down. I am in St Louis, MO. Any thoughts?

Replying to: tomcat626 (Jun 22, 2009 1:54 pm) The finance guy told me that I will have to pay $350 of disposition fee at the lease end plus any damage fee. I was showed a little piece of plastic measure tool and told any damage or scratch larger than 2 inches on each PANEL would cost me at least $300 at lease-end, and any TWO scratches less than 2 inches are considered a LARGE scratch. That part really scared me off. Then he tried to sell me the Safe Lease program for almost $1400... Anyone knows if BMWFS is actually that strict on their return lease?
