Greetings mimithw. BMW Financial Services' buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 24-month lease of a 2013 X5 50i with 15,000 miles per year are .00130 and 63% for consumers who qualify for its top credit tiers.

The numbers for an otherwise identical 36-month lease are .00130 and 57%.

Can you please tell me what mf and residual for April 2013 for X5 5.0 3yr/15k?
This will be my first lease for BMW, any incentive programs? Usaa member?
Also, my local has the color and options I wanted and probably more than needed...
Msrp $79570
Silver with blk interior
M performance $1600
M sport $4700
Cold $600
20" 333M $950
Premium $2125
Sound $950
Multi contour seats $900
Technology $1700
Lane departure $950
Destination $895

They want $74771
Acquisition & doc $1020
DMV $603

Mf .0017
Residual 57%
3yr/15k miles
Monthly $1207 with 2k down

This seems really high to me...what would be a fair deal? $500 over invoice?
Thanks

ML, seems very high to me. How much over invoice are you paying? Acquisition fee seems high too $895 is the rate. You mentioned the car has more options than you want, if so order one with what you want or look elsewhere.

The dealer didn't show me invoice, and I didn't negotiate yet...I wanted to see where they were starting at. their Aquisition fee was $925 + $96 doc fees. Just to be clear, is Aquisition fee and Destination Charge the same thing?

Thanks

Hello ml2005. BMW Financial Services' April buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36-month lease of a 2013 X5 5.0i with 15,000 miles per year are .00129 and 57% for consumers who qualify for its top credit tiers.

$500 over invoice would definitely be a good deal on this truck, but unless you are in an area that has a ton of competition I doubt that you'll get one for that.
