Hi CarMan,
Can you post the residuals and buy rate on money factor from BMW Financial for 2013 X5 35D with 10k miles/year? Helping a friend order one - eco credit is $3500, trying to figure out why residual is so much lower than the non-diesel model.

Hi Car Man,
Sorry if this has already been posted. I did a quick search and did not see it.
Could you please tell me the February money factors and residual value % for a 2013 X5 50i? Assuming a 36 month or 48 month lease, 10,000 miles annually.
Any clues as to how or if the numbers are expected to change for March?
Thanks!

Carman if you could please provide MF, residual and any other incentives available for a 36month 15k lease on an X5 diesel. Thanks.

You're welcome Jorge. I believe that the 36-month, 10,000 mile per year residual value for a '13 X5 25i Base is 59% and the residual for the Premium is 60%.

Greetings mimithw. BMW Financial Services' buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 24-month lease of a 2013 X5 50i with 15,000 miles per year are .00130 and 63% for consumers who qualify for its top credit tiers.
The numbers for an otherwise identical 36-month lease are .00130 and 57%.

Can you please tell me what mf and residual for April 2013 for X5 5.0 3yr/15k?
This will be my first lease for BMW, any incentive programs? Usaa member?
Also, my local has the color and options I wanted and probably more than needed...
Msrp $79570
Silver with blk interior
M performance $1600
M sport $4700
Cold $600
20" 333M $950
Premium $2125
Sound $950
Multi contour seats $900
Technology $1700
Lane departure $950
Destination $895
They want $74771
Acquisition & doc $1020
DMV $603
Mf .0017
Residual 57%
3yr/15k miles
Monthly $1207 with 2k down
This seems really high to me...what would be a fair deal? $500 over invoice?
Thanks

ML, seems very high to me. How much over invoice are you paying? Acquisition fee seems high too $895 is the rate. You mentioned the car has more options than you want, if so order one with what you want or look elsewhere.
