I would find out the invoice price from this site. Then take off the holiday cash of $1500 and if applicable the $750 loyalty cash and start at that price to calculate your lease payment. I believe the $4500 down is too much and you should only put down the 1st month, motor vehicle fees, and bank fee. I hope this helps.

I'm trying to get the invoice price for 2013 X5d, but Edmonds doesn't have it for 2013 only 2012. Is there any other way to get invoice and pricing?

According to BMW USA's website, the 2013 is the same base MSRP as the 2012 (i.e.$56,700). I would expect the invoice to be the same or very similar. The only difference I am aware of is that they dropped the eco credit from $4,500 to $3,000.

Thanks habitat. The BMW website still has the $4500 Eco credit.
Another question, there are no X5d with Sport package, so I have to order if I want it. Why is that? Does it ride rough? I can't drive one to see how they feel compared to not having Sport package.

By "sport package", I assume you mean sport activity package. On the X5d, that package does not have any different suspension than the base model. The wheels go from 18" to 19" with slightly lower profile tires. I don't think there is any noticeable difference in the roughness of the ride. The handling of the X5 is already better than all competitors, save for the Cayenne, and that remains the same or very slightly improved.
There is a further $900+/- option with the sport activity package to go to 20" wheels and wider, staggered tires. I drove one of those and, again, if you could tell a handling improvement, it was very minor. But there was a bit more road noise and the cost of tire replacement would go up by 50%+, given lower tread life and inability to rotate front to rear. Not worth it, in my opinion.

Thanks again Habitat,
So I'll probably end up ordering the car on Wednesday or Thursday, if we can get the numbers o base rate MF and about $1000 over invoice, plus Loyalty and Holiday Credit.
This is my target:
Black Sapphire Metallic
Cinnamon Brown Leather
Space Saver tire
My offer price:
$52,660 net lease price.
