| I am wondering if anyone knows of a great deal on a lease for a BMW X3. The vehicle I like lists for around $ 43,000 MSRP. I need a 15K miles per year lease. I am open to 24 or 36 mos. I want to avoid any upfront costs if possible. In Kansas we pay sales tax monthly (around 7.5%) Any advice on what to expect for payments? | |

The premium Package includes: Universal garage door opener Auto dimming mirrors inside and out auto dimming rear view mirror lumbar support digital compass mirror BMW assist (onstar like) Nevada Leather The money factor without a deposit is 2.45. The payment with $2500 total drives without tax is $473.51. With tax it is $510.21 for 36 mos. At 24 months the payment is $465.08. With tax it is $501.12, same $2500. The MSRP is $41, 620. The sales price is $39, 715. Each additional $1000 lowers the payments by $32 a month.Without the Prem. Package the payments are $23 a month less. The residual at 36 months is $27, 885.40. At 24 months it is $32, 047.40 as determined by BMWFS. Thank you for your opinion. |

| Couple of quick questions - looking at a Demo 06 X3 - still qualifies for bmw leasing. What are the current MF and Residual % for 24 and 36 mos; 10k and 12k for Jan 07? Any chance they can still give me the Dec 06 rates? Also, what is the deal with bmw and reducing the MF via extra security deposits? Thanks, all of this helps with my calculations. Appreciate your help. | |

| I was told by Moritz BMW in Arlington that "all dealers in Texas mark up the buy rate money factor by at least 1% (.0004)". Sounds like collusion or a lie. Can anyone confirm or deny this? | |

Anyone know if the current lease program ( $379 x 24 mo. ) will extend into Feb. 07 ? Also, is this really any better than what a person with excellent credit could achieve without the program? Thanks, Art *Lease financing available on 2007 BMW X3 3.0si vehicles, registered outside of NY, only at participating BMW centers on leases assigned to BMW Financial Services NA, LLC/Financial Services Vehicle Trust through January 31, 2007.
