Yes, it is the 2011, sorry for that. I assumed that was obvious for a lease, but forgot about the old body 2010 still around, I apologize.
So that is it? Basically lets cut to the "chase"
$799 a month for a pretty stripped 2011 535i. "Okay deal", but I could get $30 dollars more per month off, or some additional options. That's the felling I get.
Also, not related - but interesting, if you looked at BMWs website, the teaser lease numbers a month ago for a 2011 was $609, then $629 now its up to $649.
The same increases with the 528i. Not that I care, as that is with all that money down and taxes, but just pointing that out.
Anyone else get any monthly payment lease numbers on a 535i?

Car man, what can I expect to pay for a new 2011 528i with top tier credit? I've used the money factor.
Here is what I want:
528i w/ premium package 1, xenon, ipod, and metallic paint. The MSRP is $49,075, and the invoice is $45,185.
I would like a 3 year lease, with 12K miles per year with 0 down.

Car man or anybody:
I'm looking to get a 2011 528i. A lease with 12K miles per year.
If the money factor is .0023 and the residual is approx. 25,028 with $1,000 deposit, can I expect to pay around $715 per month? Is that right?

bmwmrc, I dont mean to state the obvious. 528i's are not here yet.
I have not seen or heard of a 2011 - 528i anywhere in the USA. They are not yet here and wont be for months says 2 BMW dealers.
Also, the first ones that come out, will have a few options, as they move (sell) no matter the upgrades or options. But yes, I think $725-$750 you could get it done. When the car gets here.
Have you called a dealer, spoken to anyone?

Hi, Car_man! If you have the information, please tell me what the current lease rates are for a 2011 BMW 550i (money factor, residual, any conquest cash, etc.)

namesean, actually they are out. At least out here at Crevier BMW in Orange County, California. They have a silver one in and they're getting six more in this coming week. They're all 528's.

the teaser rates have like 3-4K down or cap reduc.....no one should ever lease IMO with more than fees and first month down, why, id youhave the cash today, why not keep the 3K in your checking act and pay the extra $30/month or whatever.....anyway the best i got is on a 535 36/12 with just fees down, incl first(approx 2K out the door) and $800/month plus tax, 58500 sticker.
my current 2008 535 with a 56K sticker was 1900 out the door 30/12, for $700 with tax, so this is a huge increase..i also learned as of this month you better have top tier, like 720+ or the rates are much higher!!!
(current bmw lessee rates)
car man-does this sound like a decent deal?

namesean, the 528i was surprisingly quick. The base engine now has 240 hp, compared to last year's 230 hp. The ride was very smooth and responsive. The one I drove had premium and sport packages. Obviously, the 535i was quicker, but I was quite impressed with the 528's responsiveness. It's definitely worth taking a look at, although I just learned today they're going to hold the 528's from delivery, because of compression concerns. But regardless, they are here now.
BTW, in the end I decided to lease another 328i (2011) with premium and automatic, because I was offered forgiveness of the last 3 payments on my 2007 328i and my payment is almost identical to what I was paying on the 2007, which was $484 per month plus tax. I only put down the first month's payment, plus doc fees, and acquisition fee. The color I chose was the new DEEP SEA BLUE with beige leather interior. It's a beautiful and elegant combination.
