Hello all, need some help on the following for a 528i in Charlotte, NC. Black 528i, premium package with black leather, heated seats, iPod and xenon. MSRP 49,075 Selling price of 47.075 36 month lease with 10K a year $1,116 down (includes first payment) $684 a month. This seems really high to me - rookie here and would really appreciate some advice. Thanks.

535xi 6020 miles taxes, title and bank down was $57k price brought down to $53k 30 mo lease $642 12k miles/yr what do you think -- is this worth exploring further?

I have been offered a 2008 535i lease that they are quoting a 24 month residual of 73% and a money factor of .023. Does this sound correct.

I am being told by a dealer in Atlanta that the April 2008 BMWFS buy rate of 0.0019 can only be obtained by returning BMW customers. Is this true? He's quoting a 0.00285 rate. Thanx Walt
