Net the same for the dealer. My only question is where is the $1000 BMW incentive in this deal? Is that how they got to that sales price? If so, they should get to that sales price and THEN remove the $1000 incentive. I cannot tell from your description if they did this. You can run the #s through an online lease calculator to see if it all is correct. Also, when you are completely satisfied with the deal, have it all in written that you understand and walk through it step by step in the finance managers office when you are asked to sign the contract. Be sure it is exactly as you expect. There can be mistakes, intentional or not. After that, congrats on the Bimmer!!

There is usually very little negotiation with this number since it is a "real" cost the dealer incurs. MACO is added to the invoice price. My 2% over invoice target for Cap Cost includes MACO. Remember that targets are just that--"targets". As in, you don't always hit them.

528i with premium package, sport package, navigation, xenon, heated front seats MSRP: $53,375 (includes destination) Selling price: $49,170 (includes destination and 1K rebate) Term: 36 month with 12K per year Residual: 62% MF: 0.00225 Sales Tax: $2,513.5 (state tax is on selling price not just on depreciated amount) Process fee: $100 2-years Tag: $270 Security deposit: $750 Dealer is saying $1,493.04 initial payment (includes first month and security deposit) and $743.04 (includes tax) per month afterwards, but according to my calculation the payment should be $718.27 (includes tax) per month. It seems like $1k is being added to the Net Cap cost. Could somebody verify this for me? and also do you think this is a good deal? Thank you,
