#4269 of 4278 535i xDrive deal
Dec 02, 2013 (12:32 pm)
Just wanted to share the deal that I got on a 535i xDrive
Msrp : 63125
SP : 56300
MF : .00076 (After 7 MSD's)
Residual : 62%
36 months (12k/year)
I think I could have done a little better but this dealer had the exact color and options that I wanted in the car that was in his lot.
Thank you everyone.

The holiday incentive is $500 extra above all the other incentives available thus far.
So, on 11/27, I leased a new 2013 535 GT xdrive. MSRP of$65625. Selling price of $56,388 plus free winter mats. Monthly pmt with nothing down but max MSDs - $730. Taxes are high in Illinois!

So the residuals went up? Do you know residual for 535i & M5?
#4272 of 4278 Assume my 13 535i lease
Dec 04, 2013 (3:28 pm)
Change in family plans means I am looking for someone to assume my 535 lease. This car is loaded with metallic blue exterior and tan interior. Technology package, premium package, cold weather package, nav, m sport wheel, park distance, multi contour seats and lumbar support, and more. Lease ends July 2016. 10k miles per year, which works out to about 902 miles per month. Cost is $590 per month plus tax, which in Los Angeles works out to $645 per month. No downpayment, security deposit, etc. To assume this lease you just need to fill out the BMW finance app.

What are the rates for Dec for '14 535 xDrive for best term with 12k or 15k?

Glad my post helped. Congrats! E350 and AH5 are both very good cars if the technology and drive appeal to you. I would not recommend anyone to buy a AH5 since the tech is not well established yet but leasing is cool.

This will hurt....sorry. Seems unlikely that a savvy lease guy will bite on this one. Reasons: 1) 31 month tenure remaining in the lease. 2) F10 (2011 onwards 5 series sedan) is a new LCI for 2014 so many new technologies including improved transmission and suspension plus navigation being standard. 3) At $590 plus sales tax, someone can get a new 2014 535i for 10k miles per year for 3 years.
I recommend posting the MSRP of the car along with a breakup cost of all options on the car. Bear in mind that the car depreciates the most in the first few months and in situations like yours, you may want to through in some payments (had you been left with 10-12 months on the lease, the case would be different). Also, I suggest posting on bimmerfest. Best of luck!

Hello Lars, What was your starting offer on this car? With BMW loyalty credit it appears invoice -$3500 might be doable...

Oh wow that is a sick deal on the E350, did you have a MB lease back or a true zero zero zero what dealer? I am in NJ, my father in law just got one $63K for $615, with 10K off sticker for 15K 36 mo and around $4K due upfront which included around $1900 in NJ & luxury tax
